Jenny is a leadership and team development specialist, performance psychology coach and former world-class squash player, bringing over 20 years’ experience of helping individuals, teams and organisations perform at their best.
With a Ph.D. in Performance Psychology and experience with EY Lane4 and Cranfield School of Management, Jenny combines academic rigour with real-world insight from elite sport and business.
Jenny has played an active role in shaping the future of women’s golf. From 2019–2025, she co-facilitated The R&A’s Women in Golf Leadership Development Programme, supporting the development of women leaders across the sport. She is also the Buckinghamshire County Ladies Golf Association’s Women in Golf Charter Champion.
Closer to home, Jenny is an active member of the Woburn Junior Committee, having herself come through the club’s ‘Here Come the Girls’ programme. She is also an England Golf Board Champion for Anti-Doping and a member of the Governance Committee.
Jenny brings a unique perspective on leadership, performance, participation and creating the culture and opportunities needed to ensure the game continues to thrive for future generations.
