Nicola Bennett is a professional golfer, PGA Coach and motivational speaker who is passionate about making golf more visible, accessible and inclusive for women, girls and young people from every background. Having spent many years as professional golfer, Nicola has competed on the Ladies European Tour Access Series and the Rose Ladies Series, and represented Hertfordshire before being selected for England training as a junior.
Now a qualified PGA Coach, she is currently the UK’s only black female PGA coach and has developed one of the country’s most successful women’s golf programmes. As an ambassador for The Golf Foundation, Nicola uses her platform to champion diversity, inclusion and grassroots opportunities across the game.
Through her coaching, speaking and media work, Nicola shares her experiences of breaking barriers in a traditionally male-dominated sport, inspiring others to build confidence, resilience and belonging. She brings energy, honesty and practical insight to conversations about leadership, representation and creating environments where more women and girls can see golf as a place for them.
