Molly Pavey is Group General Manager of Bramshaw Golf Club, Paultons Golf Centre and Newark Golf Club, overseeing all three venues as part of a growing golf business. She first joined Bramshaw as Golf Operations Manager in August 2022 before stepping into a wider leadership role as the group expanded.
Having played golf since the age of nine, Molly’s career path has taken her from the game into teaching and back into golf, where she has built her experience across operations and management. Her journey reflects a practical understanding of club environments, customer experience and the opportunities available across the sport.
Alongside her club leadership role, Molly is Governance Director of Hampshire Ladies Golf. At 27, she is passionate about showing younger women that golf can offer a meaningful career as well as a lifelong connection to the sport.
