Alex Saunders is Golf Operations Manager at Bristol & Clifton Golf Club, where she works as part of the management team to ensure members and visitors get the most out of their time at the club.
In her role, Alex is passionate about encouraging more women into golf and supporting the continued growth of the sport. A keen golfer herself, she has enjoyed success at county, regional and national level.
In 2025, Alex began her leadership development journey by completing the England Golf Women’s Leadership Programme, an experience that has further strengthened her commitment to creating opportunities and supporting greater inclusion in the game.
