Golf should be a place where every woman feels confident to participate, connect and belong and that is the purpose behind ForeHer Collective.
As Founder, Yoshimi created the community to encourage and empower more women to step onto the golf course, build their confidence and feel comfortable attending corporate golf days they may previously have felt were not for them.
ForeHer Collective is so much more than golf, It is about creating connections, opening doors and giving women the confidence to take part in conversations and opportunities where meaningful relationships are built.
Yoshimi's work was recognised at the England Golf Awards in March 2026 - as she picked up the Women & Girls Trailblazer award.
This year, ForeHer Collective has also been recognised as a finalist in the initiative category at the Women in Construction Awards 2026.
Yoshimi's mission is simple: to encourage, empower and create opportunities for more women through golf.
