Emma has worked in the sports industry for more than 20 years across Australia and the UK, including roles at The Football Association in the North East, Executive at Football Australia and CEO of Hockey New South Wales.
Her career has been shaped by a strong commitment to growing women’s sport and making it more inclusive. She is currently responsible for driving the strategic growth of women’s golf across England as Head of Women’s Development, with a particular focus on supporting clubs to engage and retain younger women. Her work responds to the growing interest in golf through driving ranges, simulators and shorter formats of the game, encouraging clubs to build on this momentum and make the sport more inclusive and accessible.
With experience in women’s sport, participation growth and leadership development, Emma brings a strategic and practical insight into building inclusive pathways, responding to changing participation habits and creating lasting change across sport.
