
Julia Regis is an award-winning consultant with more than 30 years of experience in human resources, leadership and organisational development. After beginning her career in the public sector, she moved into consultancy, building a reputation for helping organisations navigate complex people management challenges and drive meaningful change.
A respected speaker and advocate for equality, Julia is regularly invited to address international conferences on leadership excellence and women’s empowerment. Her engagements have included delivering keynote speeches at a UN-sponsored International Women’s Day event in Ghana and speaking at women’s conferences across the United States. She is widely recognised for challenging organisations and boards to improve equality, equity, diversity and inclusion outcomes.
Julia brings extensive governance and non-executive leadership experience across the housing and youth sectors. As and experienced NED, she has provided strategic leadership, governance oversight and support to organisations and charitable initiatives including WaterAid, the Cyrille Regis Legacy Trust, Smart Works Birmingham and the ACE Programme. A passionate golfer and advocate for inclusion, through her CIC Inspiring Golf Inclusion, Julia has introduced more than 700 women to the sport, helping to remove barriers, broaden participation and create greater opportunities for underrepresented groups. Julia is also the Senior Independent Director on the Board of England Golf.
