Molly Moore is a PGA Professional specialising in creating and developing opportunities for women and girls in golf. Her work is driven by a simple question: what do girls actually want and need from golf?
Working across grassroots, club, school, and county environments have given Molly the opportunity to coach girls with very different motivations - from those picking up a club for the first time to talented players competing at a county level.
Rather than assuming every girl wants the same experience, she believes in listening, experimenting, and adapting the environment around the person.
Molly is particularly passionate about challenging assumptions around girls' golf - whether that’s the idea that they don’t enjoy competition, that technical coaching should be delivered differently, or that there is one solution to keeping teenage girls engaged.
Ultimately, Molly wants to create experiences where golf makes girls feel confident, capable, and excited about their game, their own potential and continuing to be part of it.
